This newest SuperMaiL has settings for Spam/Viruses that you will need to setup FOR EACH & EVERY USER (Including the admin user - ALL users!).

We suggest you start out by resetting the following values:

1. Set Spam Tolerance Level to a value of 'Medium'[7].

(if this catches too much spam - make the number slowly bigger - try 8 for a day or two and so on - go the other way if you need to trap more spam).

2. 'When spam is identified' ... set to "Deliver spam email to my inbox".

Then all the spam WILL come to your inbox but with the string [spam] added to the Subject Line - you can then set your Email client to move these by a Rule to another folder - where you can inspect them to make sure that nothing valuable to you was categorised as spam.

3. Leave 'Add text to beginning of the subject :' ticked.

(Experiment with the spam settings until you get the best results for your users - by carefully setting this for each user & adding whitelisting & blacklisting you should be able to catch around 90% of spam emails, though this will vary quite a lot).

4. WHITELISTING: Any email address can be marked as 'Always Accept' - this is called whitelisting & is done in the 'Site Admin' control panel (you will have to log in as 'Site Admin' to do this).

5. BLACKLISTING: Any email address can be marked as 'Always Reject' - this is called blacklisting & is done in the 'Site Admin' control panel (you will have to log in as 'Site Admin' to do this).

IMPORTANT: Note that white/black-listing applies to all users which is why it is set in the 'Site Admin' control panel - whereas spam control settings are individually set for each user & therefore set in the 'User Admin' control panel.

All these settings can be changed & experimented with but we remind you that this MUST be setup for each & every user.

There is excellent User Administrator Help where this is also covered.
